2. Orders and Payments

All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to technical errors, pricing discrepancies, or delivery feasibility issues.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products (prepared meals), cancellations are only accepted if made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days in instances of verified sub-standard product quality or fulfillment errors attributable to the Company.

4. Limitation of Liability

HUNGER SQUAD LTD is not liable for allergic reactions if ingredient information was accurately provided on the website or packaging. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the total value of the paid order.
